Jayne the Pain!

Alright peeps…we gotta have a little talk here.  If you are an avid shopper such as myself you should be informed when you are being blatantly ripped off.  Free People, the cool hippie cousin to Anthropologie and Urban Outfitters has done it again.  I’ve gotten over the fact that half of their apparel looks to be made from snotty tissues or one of those sweaters you accidently put in the dryer, but THIS is out of control.  I get it, “vintage,” concert shirts are awesome.  I have a pretty sweet collection myself, but it is a crying shame that the store now feels the need to re-sell these shirts for $125+ and that’s just a start!  My next few posts will be images of shirts I’ve picked up over the years and the amount of money spent on each piece.  Several of the shirts have been featured on the Free People site.  SAVE YOUR MONEY…and head over to your local thrift store because chances are…if a musician sold 332489237429384723 albums in the course of their career then there are way more shirts floating around then FREE PEOPLE would want you to believe.
